Never ones to follow convention, Subaru follows a headstrong path of resisting the ordinary; preferring instead to follow a ‘calling’ and do things differently. engineering owing much to Fuji Heavy Industries' aviation background. First introduced in 1972, Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive set the course

 for a journey that has helped attract accolades and recognition around the world and ultimately, the model range available today.
